Rotamap Ltd. is a small, employee-owned and non-hierarchical company that provides software as a service for public hospitals in the UK and internationally. We are committed to helping clinical groups and supporting teams to collaborate, communicate and report more effectively. Rotamap aims to make a positive and meaningful contribution to society. We recognize that modern slavery and human trafficking can occur in various industries and sectors, and we are dedicated to ensuring that our business practices do not contribute to or support these egregious violations of human rights.
Supply Chain
Rotamap Ltd. operates with a limited supply chain and primarily relies on in-house resources for the development, implementation, and support of our e-rostering software. However, we engage subcontractors for specific services, such as SMS messaging capabilities and mobile app development.
Subcontractors
Rotamap Ltd. recognises our responsibility to ensure that our subcontractors uphold the same high standards of ethical conduct that we maintain within our own organisation. Rotamap Ltd. conducts thorough due diligence assessments of subcontractors to verify compliance with our ethical standards and to mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking. Rotamap will not work with any subcontractor who fails to uphold these standards.
Reporting Mechanisms
Rotamap Ltd. encourages the reporting of any concerns related to modern slavery or human trafficking, and we are committed to investigating and addressing any reported violations promptly and effectively.
